A: Certainly. Our entry into South America was an endeavor aimed at establishing GRI as a leader in Specialty Tires. We began by assembling a dedicated local team and forming strong partnerships with reputable dealers across 11 regional countries, allowing us to establish a robust distribution network and lay the groundwork for market penetration. We aim not merely to sell Specialty Tires, but to help the region and communities grow with our focus towards sustainability and innovation.
Q: Could you elaborate on the key initiatives that GRI Tires implemented to drive business growth across both the Agricultural (AG) and Material Handling (MH) sectors in South America?
A: Our focus has been on building relationships and enhancing product awareness through comprehensive training programs for dealers. We've facilitated dealer visits to end-users and conducted rigorous field tests in critical operational environments. By aligning closely with market demands and delivering superior value, we're steadily solidifying our position as a trusted leader in the region.
