    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •         Providing assurance on risk managementprocesses that are followed by the management.
    •         Perform risk reviews to identify risks acrossthe company through continuous monitoring and address the same throughmitigatory actions.
    •         Reviewing the management of key risks in the organization.
    •         Evaluating the reporting of key risks by the management.
    •         Evaluating risk management processes in the organization.
    •         Assuring whether the risks are correctly evaluated.
    •         Conduct/Assist with internal investigations under the supervision of the line manager.
    •         Evaluating processes according to the audit requirements, identifying control gaps, and making the necessary recommendations for improvements.

    Qualifications& Experience:

    Global Rubber Industries (GRI) is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Mechatronic Engineer to join our esteemed team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, integration, and optimization of cutting-edge mechatronic systems in the tire manufacturing process.

     

    Job Profile:

    •        Design, develop, and implement innovative mechatronic solutions to enhance manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
    •         Lead the design and development of mechatronic systems, including robotics and automation solutions.

    Qualifications& Experience:

    •         Comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions, Radio-Frequency Identification(RFID)/Barcode technology, IoT based systems.

    EssentialQualifications / Exposure:


    •         2-5 years of hands-on experience in a creative role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
    •         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline.
    •         Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
    •         Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team effectively.
    •         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts clearly.
    •         Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    •         Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
