  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER MATERIAL HANDLING TIRES - USA - Sales USA

    GRI is a leading specialty tire producer in Sri Lanka. We have been supplying tires to more than 50 countries worldwide since 2002. GRI has sales offices in the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, the Baltics, and Australia. We produce high-performance tires for Agriculture, Material Handling, and Construction vehicles.

     

    GRI is Seeking a results-driven, high energy and dynamic individual as a Business Development Manager for Material Handling Tires in the USA. to the individual must actively seek out and engage prospective clients and be willing to take up the challenge to work with and grow with a new specialty tire brand in the USA.

     

    The ideal candidate will possess the following key drivers.

     

    ·                   Build a robust MH service business and grow the same, starting point GRI Tires Inc

    ·                   Build a wholesale business for MH in the US, starting point GRI Tires Inc

    ·                   Strong in MH business development (having a customer base is preferred)

    ·                   Good knowhow of the MH national account business

    ·                   Someone with strong experience in the MH business (wholesale/Service)

    ·                   Someone who can grow our current MH business by 5X

    ·                   Strong integrity and ability to operate in a corporate environment with a team (not as an individual)

     

    Qualifications &Experience:

    Must have experience in the specialty Tire Service Industry (B to B) and in Agriculture. The candidate must have managed a network of dealers in this business in a specific region. Must have a strong track record of building sales with a new brand including recruiting national accounts., the candidate must be proficient in technology-based platforms such as CRM, and ERP

  • Sales Manager – Material Handling Tires USA

    GRI produces material handling solid tires, radial agriculture tires, and construction tires. GRI has operations in nine countries, and a business presence in more than 50 countries worldwide. Since 2018 GRI has been advancing in the rapid expansion of its specialty tire production plants and tire compound mixing facilities in Sri Lanka as well as its operations in key countries. GRI ensures its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection throughout its operations both locally and globally.

     

    GRI is Seeking a results-driven, high energy and dynamic individual as Sales Manager – MaterialHandling Tires for sales in the North and Northeast United States, out of our warehouse in Indianapolis.

     

    TheRole:

    ·        Sales Region – States of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey

    ·        Excellent track record of building sales and managing a customer base. Be able to seek new customers and develop current customers to grow the business.

    ·        Should showcase traits of a salesperson who does sales based on a value proposition instead of only pricing.

    ·        Identify new business opportunities for GRI by understanding the novel customer and end-user requirements, market conditions, competition strengths, and weaknesses.

    ·        Develop weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecasts and achieve them. Build an annual sales plan for the business.

    ·        Analyse competitor activities and develop GRIsales strategies to win market share.

    ·        Capability to understand products and customer needs, a customer-centric mindset and passion to excel in customer service.

     

    The candidate:


    ·        Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a core sales role in the sales region. Experience in selling Material Handling tires will be an advantage. Must have a strong track record of building sales in the region.

     

    Remuneration & Benefits:


    ·        Attractive pay package of base salary paid-weekly

    ·        Monthly incentive/commission package depending on sales figures

    ·        Company mobile phone or allowance and laptop

    ·        Vehicle or vehicle allowance + fuel for business travel

    ·        401K as per current company plan-eligible after 90 days of employment

    ·        Health benefits as per current company plan-eligible after 90 days of employment

    ·        Other mandatory statutory benefits will be granted in keeping with US labor regulations including leave.
